Welden Village is located on 385 gently rolling wooded acres in Kernersville, NC. Welden Village is located in a quaint country setting within the Heart of the Triad. With an excellent school system, Welden Village also features robust local shopping and entertainment venues just around the corner. Due to its proximity in the Piedmont Triad, Welden Village has a larger metropolitan region for employment, higher education, extensive cultural experiences, and additional recreational amenities. Kernersville is a thriving community with all the conveniences of larger surrounding cities while still maintaining an authentic small-town charm.

The plan for Welden Village is made up of three neighborhoods (Welden Center, Westridge, & Parkway District) connected via a network of walkable streets, sidewalks, and pathways. Each neighborhood has a clear center and a well-defined neighborhood edge designed to promote a healthy and active outdoor lifestyle. Most of the neighborhood’s amenities are within a short five-to-ten-minute walk from each other. Our Welden Village community is divided into distinct sections (more coming soon!)
