Aaron Lange, Director of Operations, oversees operations at the upper management level, scheduling, budgeting, implementing each project, and interfacing with clientele, subcontractors, and suppliers. Aaron has been with Arden Homes since the spring of 2011. Before working with Arden, he spent nearly ten years working for a national home builder. Aaron graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S.in Construction Management. He has over 20 years of experience in production and custom home building, remodeling, and land acquisition and development. Aaron enjoys seeing the customer's dream home vision become a reality.
Justin Mendenhall, Operations Manager, oversees operations at the upper management level, schedules, budgeting, and implements each project, interfacing with clientele and subcontractors, and suppliers. Justin has been with Arden Homes since the summer of 2016. Since joining the team, he has been involved in building homes and developing land in over 20 communities throughout the Triad.
Milt Rhodes, Principal Planner, oversees neighborhood design and planning, consultants frequently with municipalities, builders, and developers. He is currently leading the development of Welden, the 385-acre master-planned community in Kernersville. Milt has been with Arden Homes since 2015. He has 15+ years of experience as a neighborhood design and planning consultant, frequently working with municipalities, builders, and developers. Milt graduated from The University of Miami with a degree in architecture with a specialization in Suburb and Town Design. He also has degrees in Urban Planning from Buffalo State and Geology from the College of Charleston.
Denise Gupton, Controller, serves as the home building and development business's accounting manager while also benefiting the team as a liaison with realtors, attorneys, and bankers for new home and land transactions. Denise has been with Arden Homes since 2011. Before that, she spent 20 years managing the accounts of a civil engineering firm. Denise understands the construction process from initial site identification through the construction of lots and homes, allowing her to help guide the accounting and reporting that benefits these business practice areas.
Wally Samuels, purchasing manager, oversees all of the estimating and purchasing activities for Arden. Wally has been with the company for ten years in various roles. Before joining Arden, he worked for another Triad home builder, where he began learning the new home construction industry. Wally graduated from Appalachian State in 2008 with a degree in Business Marketing. He holds his real estate license and is continuously looking for ways to improve Arden's purchasing and estimating department. Wally strives to help Arden partner with the best vendors, efficiently manage their plans and offerings, and consistently evaluate job cost and cost structure. He works closely with vendors to establish programs and pricing necessary to produce quality homes on time and budget. Wally's ultimate goal is to play a part in delivering our homebuyer's maximum value in their new homes. Wally has a wife and two young boys, loves to golf, and is an avid sports fan!
Jordan Myrick, Sales Representative, helps clients turn their home ideas and designs into reality. Jordan has been with Arden Homes since the fall of 2016. Before her current role, she initially joined the accounting department team but has transitioned roles through her hard work and dedication. Jordan graduated from Salem College with a B.A. in Economics and recently obtained her North Carolina Real Estate license. Jordan is motivated to help coordinate all clients’ home designs at the price that suits them, to make the home buying process seamless and fun.
Jacob Gupton, Marketing, oversees content creation, marketing campaigns, and transforming data into actionable insight. Jacob is the newest member of our team, joining in the summer of 2020. Before that, he spent time working in sales and marketing for a graphic design firm. Jacob graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administrations in Marketing innovation and analytics. He is a proud member of the American Marketing Association. Jacob is motivated to spread brand awareness and create engaging content for Arden's clients. In his off time, Jacob enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding, and competing in sports. If you can't find him at any of the nearest soccer fields coaching, reffing, or playing, he is sure to be in front of a TV cheering on the Florida Gators.
Justin Hall, Project Superintendent, manages the construction of single-family and multi-family homes. Justin has been with The Arden Group since April 2017. Before his time at Arden, he worked in the construction industry in multiple capacities as a construction superintendent and account executive. After graduating from North Carolina A&T in 2003 with a B.S.. degree in Education, he decided to pursue a construction career. While serving as a construction superintendent, Justin has managed the construction of multiple "Parade of homes" award-winning projects. Justin strives to operate with honest, open dialogue to set realistic expectations and attainable goals to ensure all customers' understanding and satisfaction of the process. He is motivated to build homes that he and the clients are satisfied with.
Jay (James) Charles, Project Superintendent, manages the construction of single-family and multi-family homes. He has been with Arden Homes for two years. Before joining the team, Jay was the owner and operator of Wallwork's remodeling. With over 36 years of experience in the construction industry, he has a great understanding of the process of building great homes. Jay enjoys using his expertise to help clients' transform their dream homes into reality. Every day, he is inspired to work and help make an impactful change in our communities and clients' lives. Jay said there is no greater satisfaction than entering a neighborhood and seeing clients happy with the product he helped deliver.
