1. Find Your Home

2. Design & Purchase Your Home

• Sign Your New Home Purchase Agreement - Finalize floorplan & structural options
• Begin Financing Process

3. Build Your Home

We strongly believe in and encourage healthy communication from start to finish during the construction process to ensure that we meet the expectations you have for your new home. We will also conduct periodic meetings and orientations at set stages during construction to help familiarize you with the home's features and address any questions or concerns.

• Maintenance Tips - Review our regular and seasonal maintenance tips to protect your home and help maintain its value. 
• One Year Review - After one year, we will schedule a review of the house and any warranty work needed.
